The institute campus is spread over 50 acres of beautiful lush-green pollution-free environment at Ghaziabad, a city that has fast emerged as an education hub in Northern India. The institute is well connected by rail and road transport.
The institute building is set up at the backdrop of picturesque green canvas. The institute has a built-up area of 1,68,000 sq. ft equipped with latest infrastructural amenities. The institute has large, well lit and ventilated Lecture Halls, Tutorial Rooms, Seminar Halls, Workshops, Laboratories, Computer labs, Professional Communication Lab, Central and Digital Library, and Conference Room with state-of-the-art audio-visual system.
The institute has on-campus hostel facility for both boys and girls. The hostels are equipped with power back-up, continuous water supply, mess-facility, cafeteria, Wi-Fi internet connectivity, elaborate security arrangements, and other amenities. The four basic principles of acquiring proficiency in any language are Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing. Keeping in mind, NTC has a fully computerized spacious Professional Communication Lab that facilitates students to enhance their communication skills. This PC Lab is equipped with Orell Digital Language software through which Student-teacher interaction sessions are conducted to overcome the inhibitions of students and teach them the nuances of conversation with great facility and versatility. Group discussions, Seminars, Mock interviews, Debates, Extempore, and Phonetic exercises are frequently conducted in the lab. Students are provided audio-visual and printed study materials.
A well-planned rich-collection library works as a nerve-centre of every academic and research organization and plays a vital supportive role in teaching and learning activities. The library, as a “Resource Centre”, also provides the students and researchers an opportunity to remain connected with current global developments. Apart from textbooks and recommended reading materials, library houses a grow collection of research journals (some are since 1949), project proposals, project reports, multi volume reference works, dictionaries, handbooks and so on.

Text Book (Book Bank) Loan Scheme (T.B.L.S.) is available to interested students. Two books are issued at a time to a student for a period of two weeks. The library has free access, Computerized Reference Area, Stack Area and reading area well spread out. The library is also equipped with photocopier machine and digital scanner.
The library has computerized catalogue search services through ERP Library Module. Adequate numbers of PCs are placed in the user area for the students and faculty to access the e-books and e-journals.
