Welcome to NITRA Technical Campus (NTC), the academic wing of the Northern India Textile Research Association—India’s premier centre for textile research and innovation since 1974. Conceived jointly by the Government of India and the textile industry, NITRA has driven breakthroughs across the entire textile supply chain for nearly five decades.

Established in 2012, NTC has swiftly emerged as one of Northern India’s leading engineering institutes, offering forward‑looking B.Tech programmes in Textile Technology, Computer Science & Engineering, and Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning (AI & ML). Our mission is clear: to achieve academic excellence and produce industry‑ready professionals who can meet—and shape—the future needs of both the textile and IT sectors.
